What are your expectations to IFC Water Congress 2021?
I look forward to getting inspiration on the holistic plan, get the broad overview spiced up with practical solutions, debates, and discussions with likeminded fellows from the industry.
Why would you recommend anyone to attend the IFC Water Congress?
Because you get insight into the technical solutions and the progress of water efficiency of different companies and how the authorities manage this area.
There is huge potential in water for authorities and food & beverages companies, because water is one of the big sustainability parameters – both in production and in supply.
An example that will also be part of the congress programme is Carslberg Breweries new recirculation plant in Fredericia which was inaugurated 6th of May. The new plant allows Carlsberg to half their water consumption and save more than 500 million litres of water.
Based on your experience with the last IFC Water Congress in 2018, what are your thoughts?
I have great expectations because the last congress was a fantastic event. The industry, the universities, suppliers, and authorities get together to see how to perform better.
